Weekend & Emergency service, Holidays, Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 AM; Friday – 4:30 PM through Monday – 8:30 AM will be responded to by calling Galaxy's Integrated Technologies Main Office Number at 617-202-6388.

You will listen to the Company's After Hours Message Center Recording and will be prompted to:

1. Press 9 – Galaxy Integrated Service Message Cente . * Note: When the voice starts, you may bypass the Message Center Menu by Pressing 9 and go directly to the Service Message Center .
2. Your will be given direction to: At the beep leave Name, Company Name, Phone Number where you can be reached and asked to give a brief description of problem.
3. A 24/7 on-call Service Technician will be paged immediately with your information and will call you back promptly at the Phone Number you left on the Service Message Center recording.
